My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
You will receive a confirmation SMS with your order number once your order is processed. Please allow 24 hours (Chittagong only) and 48 hours (Other Districts/Areas) for your tracking to become live.
2. How do i return my item?
You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man. Return can occur in two stages:
- At the time of delivery.
- After receiving a delivery and if the product delivered is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’. You can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Chittagong 10 days).
